A Class Action Lawsuit, Shaunda Scott v. Safeco Ins. Co. of America, No. 24SL-CC07051, has been filed in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri.

A Proposed Settlement has been reached in a class action about whether Defendant properly deducted Nonmaterial Depreciation when adjusting certain Structural Loss claims in Missouri.

You may qualify for payment if you timely submit a valid Claim Form. Your legal rights are affected whether you act, or do not act. You must submit a valid Claim Form to receive payment as part of this settlement.
